I want to go green. What should my first step be?

Going green is not as easy as it sounds. If you are not already living a green lifestyle it is best to start small. Try recycling your cans, bottles and newspapers. Once you get the hang of that add to your green goals. Update your household and personal care products and before you know it you will have perfected the going green way.

How do I choose the right green dishwashing soap?

To choose the right green product it is important to look on the label. The label will sate whether or not the product is environmentally friendly and why. But do not stop with a green soap. Also make changes to your dishwasher. Try washing your dishes at a low heat and skipping the drying cycle. Both of those steps will save a lot of energy.

What should I look for in a green car?

The best green cars run on electricity; however, electric cars can be expensive and hard to find. It is best to look for a hybrid vehicle. But use caution before you make a purchase, some hybrid vehicles still get poor gas mileage and that is not good for the environment or your pocketbook.
